On this page you will find information relating to our LIMITED 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, LIMITED WARRANTY, Conditions of the Warranty, Terms of the Warranty, including Warranty Repairs, Return Policy and Disclaimer.

Elite AirSoft offers "peace of mind" money back guarantee on its products for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. 
Any items returned under our 30-day money back guarantee must be as new, in the original undamaged packaging and be missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB's. 

NOTE: This Guarantee does not allow you to: Remove the item from the package. Charge the battery. (if applies) Load the magazine. Shoot and/or use the product.

Elite AirSoft warrants that the Air Soft gun you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Elite AirSoft's entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be replacement of the Airsoft gun and/or products, IF returned to Elite AirSoft within the warranty period and you have met all our warranty conditions 

Conditions of the Warranty: 
Applies to all products purchased after 30th April 2004, the original receipt will be required as proof of purchase. 

The Elite AirSoft warranty does not include any the following:

  • Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to the Elite AirSoft for repair.
  • Any breakages as a result of accidental damage.
  • Any routine maintenance required
  • Any faults arising from misuse
  • Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by the Elite AirSoft
  • Any upgrades that have been installed in the weapon other than those done by the Elite AirSoft technicians.
  • Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB’s..

Your Elite AirSoft warranty is also invalidated if:

  • The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format (unless carried out by our technicians)
  • Any repairs or maintenance to the item(s) have been carried out by any non Elite AirSoft technicians.
  • Our tamperproof safeguards are damaged or have been removed in any way.

Terms of the warranty 
Elite AirSoft reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time. English law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


How do I get my Elite AirSoft product repaired under it's manufactures warranty?

In the unlikely event that a product proves faulty within one year from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect  you should contact Elite AirSoft immediately. Elite AirSoft will then have the problem resolved under the terms and conditions of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the Conditions of the Warranty

Returns Policy on any new weapons or accessories
In the unlikely event that your new Airsoft weapon or accessory purchased from Elite AirSoft is faulty then please contact Elite AirSoft immediately and a replacement product will be dispatched to you as soon as the originally purchased goods are returned and confirmed to be faulty by our technicians.

No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged from carelessness or misuse. 
Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our technicians will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% of the original purchase price.


If you modify, or have modified, or cause to be modified, your airsoft model which results in raising the Muzzle velocity above the legal limit for an airsoft gun, the model becomes governed by the Firearms Act, as being a "lethal barrelled weapon".

It is the responsibility of the Buyer (NOT Elite Airsoft) to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in regard to possession and use of any item you purchase from us.

Elite Airsoft CANNOT and WILL NOT be responsible for any misuse or injury that results from the use of our AirSoft products.

Trade Customers

Invoice Queries

All disputed invoices must be brought to our attention in writing within 72 hours of the invoice being issued / goods arriving, whichever is the later. Disputes received after this timeframe will not be entertained.

Limited Warranty

Elite AirSoft offer a 7 day DOA warranty on all trade supplied equipment. Any items discovered faulty after that point in time will be the responsibility of the trader to fix. Notifications within the 7 day period will receive a replacement item (if still in stock), or a full credit to their account once the faulty item is return to us.
